Reports forecast of materials & labor needs to Project Manager
Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and other employees

Keep and maintain company issued safety & work equipment
Possess and maintain hand tools necessary for systems installations
Organization: Utilizes and promotes strong organizational skills. Exhibit effective time management and construction installation skills. Must have the ability to multitask and maintain coordination and control of projects & subordinates.
Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Employs effective listening, written, and oral communication skills.

Technical: High School diploma or equivalent. Possess an in-depth understanding of all low voltage systems installation and operation. Possess and maintain NICET level II.
General: Three+ years construction site experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must pass background check. Be able to safely perform physically including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and operating power drills/saws.
