Coordinates with Construction Supervisor, General Contractor/Owner, Electrical and all other trades too perform installation of low voltage systems per plans. This includes ensuring PFS provides only the highest quality product and adhering to construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Must maintain good working relationships with all other trades while on site. Takes direction from lead Technician on project or, if lead technician, provides direction to others.

 Organization: Utilizes and promotes strong organizational skills. Exhibit effective time management and construction installation skills. Must have the ability to multitask and maintain coordination and control of projects & subordinates.

Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. Employs effective listening, written, and oral communication skills.

Problem Solving: Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives.

Interpersonal Skills: Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.

Technical: High School diploma or equivalent. Possess an in-depth understanding of all low voltage systems installation and operation. Possess and maintain NICET level II.

General: Three+ years construction site experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Must pass background check. Be able to safely perform physically including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and operating power drills/saws.
